Atlanta, August 20, 2008 – Creative Plan Administrators (CPA), a professional Benefit Administrator providing a full range of administration, claims and risk management services for health and welfare benefit plans, announced today a partnership with Atlanta-based North Star Health, a health care data analytics company.
